Tina Teel is a “qualified” appraiser meeting the requirements of The Appraisal Foundation, Appraiser Qualification Board (AQB) with the ISA, AM (accredited member) designation from the International Society of Appraisers specializing in confidential appraisals in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the code of ethics required by all professional appraisal societies.
